- 120 grams of dark brown sugar
- 120 ml apple cider vinegar
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- 4 red bell peppers, seeded and quartered

- Sauté onion in oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally.
