- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp light pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup ground beef
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
Steps to make Chilean Cuban Flare
